Dr. Vel Arvind Subramaniam has blossomed into a full-time Interventional Nephrologist at his Pineapple Dialysis Care in Trichy. For haemodialysis, he uses the arteriovenous fistula (AVF) access method, both upper arm and lower arm, and is also proficient in placing of AV grafts. Dr. Vel Arvind performs the mini-laparotomy insertion technique for CAPD (continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis). He is also involved in kidney transplant, which is the predominant service offered at Frontline Hospital.
